No, no, and no. I did non of those things. I crammed everything I could onto one side, and made a bunch of tiny charts with tiny pictures on the other side with about font size 5. We're still changing things, tho, and we might highlight important stuff.

That doesn't seem that different from what robotman said. One thing you shouldn't do, however, is put "everything you could" on one side, because things that you know off the top of your head (e.g. cirrus=high cloud, blue triangles=cold front) are just taking up space if you put them on your study sheet. If you insist on having these facts written down somewhere, make a longer, multi-page document just for preparation and then condense it to one page for the competition. Another idea is studying extensively on one subject to save more space on your sheet, without completely focusing on it and failing at everything else in the event.

Depends from state to state, and what you consider "hard". Most of the practice tests I've taken are pathedicly easy, but the real ones are always harder. It also depends on what, and how much, you study.

the best way to make the tests easy are to learn everything in the rules and be able to explain anything to you partner and also a complete novice in Meteorology if you can explain it to the point that a complete novice can understand it without losing the technical information you should do fine

Thats exactly what I said.
Will predicting the weather be on any of the test? I haven't come across many of those types of questions yet, and thats what I'm studying right now.

yes it should be on a test anything on the rules can be included on a test

Can any of you help me with predicting/forecasting weather because I have not had much luck with information on that specific topic??? Also, what is a meteogram???

A meteogram is a chart that has the same information as a METAR and Station models
it shows temperature,clouds,winds,pressure, and current weather
