When it says binder or guide, would you be allowed to rip out pages from your guidebook, punch holes, and place them in your binder?

I don't think it's allowed because you're technically using a field guide, but then again, I don't think any proctor is going to go through every single team's binder looking for pages of field guide.

What does it mean? 'The information may be removed during the event'
Does it mean that you're allowed to remove the notes from the binder and use it? Or
Does it mean that you can't use it during the test?
