Wow, I totally thought East won this one. Well, GG. Sorry I couldn't be more active, been overloaded with school. Hopefully I'll be more active for the next game.

Explanation of ID clues!

First of all, the main general ID clue: the first post of all my kill clues, including the first post overall, spells out "EASTSTROUDSBURG13". Also, once this ended, I started beginning every post with "EASTSTROUDSBURG13". I made a lot of references to "first" and "start" to allude to this.

Also, I sprinkled in some 70s and 80s song titles into my posts, as I am a big fan of music from those eras. I kinda went away from this as the clues got more obvious. Titles included:
  • Roundabout (Page 8)
  • Message in a Bottle (Page 9)
  • Only Time Will Tell (Page 11)
  • Can't Fight This Feeling (Page 12)
  • Beat It (Page 17)
You sense there is more in this file, though. You turn up the volume, and in the background after the main message, you hear voices. You can only make out the word "snow", and you hear someone start to say "fa..." before the file ends. You can tell this was not supposed to be part of the clue.
One of my first posts was in one of those one-word threads in Posting Games. I posted "snow", and the following post said "fight". Since this was the first ID clue, it was always going to be difficult.
In the folder you find a small business card. It says "Humboldt-Oyashio Law Firm" with a phone number of (676) 555-1893. Nothing else.
Humboldt-Oyashio refers to Dynamic Planet, which I did in 2007 and 2008. This was a deliberate red herring since I knew most of you would look at more recent Dynamic Planet participants. 676 refers to I-676, which goes through Philadelphia, and 1893 is the year Drexel University was founded. 555 is a generic fake phone number sequence.
Then dragon_fruit asked calvin if they had gotten to see my face. He said "I didn't, but I know they were at least 5'4" tall." Calvin then passes out from stress, so that's the only thing he can tell you.
I am 5'9". You probably wouldn't know that, but most male humans are taller than 5'4", whereas some female humans are shorter. This was supposed to give you pause about suspecting female scioly users.
In the darkness, one of you sees that the back of the business card from a couple identity clues ago is glowing. It reads FIRST. This is an ID clue
Refers to the first letter clue.
Every kill clue has at least one ID clue.
Refers to the first letters.
Captain robotman and the rest of his staff welcome you to our flight! Have a safe ride!

<List of passengers>
My main red herring. Note "the rest of his staff". I also continued to refer to other mods to make sure you understood that mods were also on the plane.
Snell-Rayleigh Enterprises
(256) 344-0812

On the back is a drawing of a circle with "138" written in the middle, and the letters "RT" written above.
Snell and Rayleigh both refer to Crave the Wave, which I did in 2008. The numbers are my teams' state scores and years. 256 is my B team's score in 2008, 344 is my C team's score in 2012. 0812 are the years.

The circle and 138 refer to eyeball138, who was the user I replied to in my first-ever post. RT stands for "reply to".
You didn't think I would make it that easy on you, did you? But for being so clever, I'm going to give you another ID hint: The kill clues work together. I'm not going to give you any hints as to how just yet; I'm not done with our little game.
Refers to the first letters.
An ID hint: My digits are even, my letters more than one...
even refers to the number of digits. 0 is counted as an even number here. This actually narrows your field down less, but I couldn't let you try to beat it with wrong information.
EastStroudsburg13 has 2 digits, and has several repeated letters. This was kind of a bad ID clue but after I gave you the list of people I hoped you were going to use that to eliminate some.
Also, an email has been sent to you with the subject line "Identity". It contains the attachment Physical_Graffiti_6.mp3. The only text within the email is "walkup".
This is a clue where you actually did the difficult part in connecting the clue to Chase Utley, but it seems a lot of you have not known me long enough to know that he's one of my favorite baseball players ever. (Zyzzyva, who has been around, and is also a big baseball fan, knew this, thus explaining his distress :P ) Even then, he played the vast majority of his career with the Philadelphia Phillies, so you should have been able to narrow down your suspects to users from Pennsylvania (which narrows it down quite a bit).

However, I'd like to point out that Chase Utley is definitely my favorite baseball player of all time. I had the privilege of going to Chase's first game back in Philadelphia after being traded to Los Angeles, and it probably was one of the most rewarding sporting experiences of my life. Watch this video and then try to tell me that sports are pointless.
Hayashi-Russell & Sons
(476) 570-3278

Also, on the back, you get the message: Bai Yun Sis
Hayashi and Russell both refer to Astronomy, and Astronomy is the event I've done more than any other event. In terms of the numbers, 476 is another interstate near Philadelphia, and 570 is the area code for East Stroudsburg. 3278 was supposed to refer to my medal count, years in science olympiad, and invitational medals, but I screwed up. It should have been 2278. It was a bad clue anyway.

However, the Bai Yun Sis part you almost got. The first two do refer to Panda Weasley, but you forgot Sis. Sis is short for sister. The Weasleys only have one sister. Y'all who frequent chat can figure this out.
6.181.2015 WAS SS
This refers to the NFL. In the 2015 NFL Draft, in the 6th round, the 181st overall pick was Kyshoen Jarrett, by the Washington Redskins. He plays as a Strong Safety (SS). He also graduated from East Stroudsburg High School South, my alma mater.
Honey Bunches of Oats
Grape Nuts
Fruity Pebbles
Shredded Wheat

You can learn a lot from one's history. First impressions matter most.
Those are all Post cereals. You were supposed to look at the posts in the Assassinator history and look at the first letters. ALSO an unintended clue, you could have looked at who was first in post count on the site. Either one points to me.
Fourcroy-Sanger Industries
(570) 276-9933

There's also a handwritten note on the back. It says: "New Masters 2-1. Letters."
Fourcroy and Sanger both relate to Protein Modeling, which I did in 2011 and 2012. 570 is my area code, 276 is yet another interstate near me, and 9933 refers to my birth year, 1993. New Masters is an album by Cat Stevens: Disk 2 Song 1 is The First Cut is the Deepest, and together with Letters means "First Letters".

So there we are. It was fun coming up with all these clues, so I hope they weren't too bad. We're still figuring out the next Assassinator, but hopefully that game will be fun!
