Sorry no, but I think the best way to learn is to actually test your rocket repeatedly. that's what we did.

Where can you get a launcher?

you can make one, but our school bought it from Aquaport. They made the launcher that was used at nats (and states, and regionals for us).

Ok Cheesy Pie, this has got to stop. You have incessantly asked for the design of a bottle rocket several times, and despite answers either telling you to stop asking or giving you brief descriptions, you keep asking. The internet can easily answer this, and you can be patient for the Best of 2011 section to get rockets. Try and keep your posts on forums important and not spam.
