So

I accuse RandomPerson for the reasons stated by Paradox21.

I'm flattered by being considered competent enough to be as long running as this sassy, and to be accused again and again despite withdrawing form the games for months.

But no, I'm afraid it isn't me. Sorry guys.

What exactly is going on? Has the assassinator blinked out of existence again, or is he or she waiting for the officers to make a desicion, or what?

I am still here. I have not suffered a sudden existence failure, no matter what you may wish. I am neither Luo nor RandomPerson. You are down to three, and three only, accusations.

I judge that the officers wish to play on, and as such, here is the next kill clue, accompanied by an identity clue.
