Shouldn't the form have been reset 2 or 3 months ago? I looked at the current event threads and most of them were created in June last year. Is there a specific resetting date?

If you look at the second post in any of those threads, none of them are before like August 2nd. When the threads are created and when they are swapped with the current set happen at two different times. It just depends when the event list seems finalized enough to make the switch.
