Glad I'm not dead because I think I may have figured it out, mods are crew for the plane right, which means they aren't on the passenger list, so with that information plus stalking some mods....

I accuse Eaststroudsburg13 because they are a mod; have done DP, CtW, and Astronomy/RFTS; and the list of schools from a few clues ago were all on the EAST coast.

About the target clue - Copples Lane and Brookhaven Road along with Providence road are all located in Wellington, PA. Copples Lane leads to Strath Haven Middle school, which is on Providence road.
