Yeah, I agree, but I don't see a reason for JKrafsur to be bugged with the teams that constantly win. What are you mad at them for, having the dedication to do well?
ornithology, forestry, entomology, triple E, green generation, water quality, dynamic planet (lakes & rivers), awesome aquifers, meteorology, robot arm, write it do it. :)

Well it makes me wonder what they're doing to keep the whole team motivated enough so they all medal in everything. Because I mean, there are other teams with a lot of practices and time, resources, and budgets, but most of those teams have lazy members that never use those resources or leave early from practice, etc. (Kinda like my team) Maybe it's the fact that they know their chance of winning is really great so they all try their best to keep it that way, instead of not trying hard because they know that they wont even make top ten even if they try. Or they're being bribed by their coaches... lmao

We need to win state this year. The other team that always wins has a 18 year win streak. Well, I wouldn't really call it a steak because one year another school made it, not them. I've been working on SO since regionals and plan to get 1st in all three of my events at state. 13 days of nonstop studying and building until state.

Yeah, the team that won NJ states for B this year (Community) now has a 11 year win streak. They are in my district, and what makes me really mad is that the high school we go to beats the high school they go to EVERY YEAR.
We need more dedicated coaches...
I win.

The other school is Bearden Middle School. They also happen to be our arch rivals. They really hate us.

^ Yikes. :\
Are you guys in a good enough shape to win?
My team just lost our main player. I mean, everyone does his or her part, but this kid is in four events and consistently medals in all of them, getting 1st and 2nds (Dynamic Planet, Ecology, A&P, Chem Lab). He's at some state math competition that coincides with SciOly state in WA, and we are dying.

Ouch.
Well, we have our best competitor who medals in everything and I think we have the best team we've ever had this year, so we have a chance.
Bearden actually has charter bus reservations already.

I know a guy who competes in our state. He does 10 events, but since there only 6 timeslots to compete in, medals in 6 of them.
