You probably just improved a lot - this year, our solar system team got 16th at regionals and 3rd at states.
Yeah, anything can happen between regionals and states, or states and nationals. Our Crime Busters people got 12th at NW regionals (pretty uncompetitive), then they got 4th at states.

Hopefully we can represent PA well, because the past few years have been quite disappointing for us (with the exception of Sewickly in 2008)

How on earth did we get 8th in Protein Modeling? Seriously, I didn't know half the questions on the written test and therefore just went for quantity over quality on the open-response.

But hey, 17th place overall ain't bad, especially considering we took two no-shows. 'Til next year, Juniata.

Well, by looking at the score, I'm guessing AlphaTauri goes to Hershey and they got 34th and 37th place in Helicopters and Optics.

Two years ago, when I wasn't in science o yet, our team got 30th place at states, last year we got 21st and this year we got 15 hopefully well make top ten next year!!!

Well no, it was Heli and Mousetrap that we didn't show up for due to...uh, a little mix-up where we, uh, forgot some events.
