At UT was it just me or did the LASA teams have fairly new members? anyway they pwned us so our next generation will have to work a little to keep up with them.

I think we had about 10, maybe a few more, people who were involved in SciO for the first time this year. I don't know if you noticed that we had 3 teams, as the third couldn't medal and their scores didn't count. The B-team only got 2nd once the 3rd team's scores were taken out. If the third team's scores had been included, it would have pushed you guys into second.
Were any of you affected by the Tech Trek thing? Besides that and WGYN, was there anything else that had really major issues?

We did lose quite a few seniors, 5 or 6 if I remember correctly so the new faces are most likely people have been around but are now on the top team. We always have quite a few people on the B team who will move up as people graduate as well as around 10 totally new people to Scio.

Yup, it was a practice team. I don't think they quite covered all the events, but they did well in what was covered, I believe.
Science2010:
Kealing got first and Kelly Lane second, but I'm not sure past there.

Does anyone know yet who is going to state from UT Austin.
I heard Division B 1. Kealing, 2. Kelly Lane 3. St.Stephen Episcopal School. This time the Austin Area home schoolers were placed 5th or 6th.
