Actually happened: (no actual penalties though)
407. Some other team kept marching through the hallway playing instruments and annoying everyone
408. I accidentally took test from the room (I also managed to leave my phone in the room too...)
409. Nobody actually wore goggles in a matsci competition once, Procter didn't care
410. I stuck hand in the solution when I didn't immediately see and tools to pick up the ball in the solution (I was panicking to finish)
411. Oh and some other team brought a calculator to Fermi test...
