Well well! I must admit this one was a bit obcsure but even then you should have been abel to solved it.
She is pressed against her window as her eyes grow wide with terror at what she sees. She screams terrified as the shadow nears. As her throte is ripped out her screams die.

Every line of the clue refered to a diferrent kind of chocolate. A Three Musketeers bar, a Milky Way, a Babe Ruth, a Symphony bar, a Snickers bar, and Hershey’s kisses. The poem was meant to direct you towards Valentine's Day, when chocolate is everywhere. The rest is self explatanory.

The next morning a young boy screams as hie finds Kokonilly’s dead body while delivering the newspaepers. He fleese the house leaving his newspaper behind. When the officers arrive they find a note scribbled on the newspaper.

The suspense is killing me! IDK exactly what to make of the clue, my guess is a cipher with the keyword dead or zombie or undead. So... um... let's fight zombies?
EDIT: Two more kills to win. There are two other lines in the clue minus nonsense, which obviously needs to be ciphered.
