I dont get it, I can't get a single medal at regionals (SW) but I get a gold and silver at states?????? I think its cuz the guy for one of my events im not going to say which one but he cant write tests worth crap at regionals

you mean seven SE teams, Athens, Perkiomen Valley and Shady Side aren't SE, all others are. Congratulations to everyone, especially Athens for coming so close to Penncrest.

That's strange. I thought they qualified for regionals last year from SE and the Pa Wiki has them under SE teams.

They are located within the geographic area that SE covers, but this year they competed with CE. Don't ask me why. For states purposes, I would consider them SE even though they're not technically SE.

Where are you getting these scores from? I can't find them anywhere. Do you have the scores for B division?

Goodbye Science Olympiad! This was my final competition, and I thrilled to have finished on such a high note at States. Good luck to everyone going to nationals and everyone competing next year.

yeah, i can't find them either. they should be up on the PA state website on Monday, I think.....anyways, did anyone do compute this at states?

Good luck at nats Shady Side!

I was actually really surprised we beat you. You guys got 2 more medals than us. It just goes to show, number of medals isn't always everything.

Good luck to Strath Haven! You guys did really well! Judging from the scores that AlphaTauri had, they were probably really close.
Good job to everyone else too. We were really nervous that we we're going to make it because of all the medals other schools were consistently getting.

You probably just improved a lot - this year, our solar system team got 16th at regionals and 3rd at states.
ornithology, forestry, entomology, triple E, green generation, water quality, dynamic planet (lakes & rivers), awesome aquifers, meteorology, robot arm, write it do it. :)
