I don't know about your tests, but here in SoCal, we were faced with a lot of questions about the type of muscle (skeletal, smooth, cardiac) or the type of injury that took place. Weirdly enough, we were asked what R.I.C.E. stands for. Make sure you put as many pics as you can.
I go to school at Cerro Villa MS. A neighboring school of El Rancho Charter, a once dominating science olympiad team. Rebecca Black goes to El Rancho. It's Friday everyday there. :D

We'd appreciate if you told us what you already have on it so we can help you cover your bases.

Wow, you guys respond really fast in here. I've got a diagram on joints, the muscle functions, the characters of muscle tissue, a chart on the different muscle types, a picture of that, a diagram of a sarcromere, 3 muscle diagrams (cross sectional thingys), some vocab on muscle parts, sliding filament model process, the effects of exercise on the muscular system, the injuries of the muscular system, a diagram on the pulmonary capacities, a large chunk of text on the organs in the respiratory system, how gas exchange works, functions of the respiratory system, a diagram of the respiratory system, breathing patterns, the effects of exercise on the respiratory system, pulmonary ventilation things, charts on the diseases mentioned, a lot of muscle diagrams, and all the muscle names and function.

Wow, that was a large sentence.

I suggest you add origin and insertion each muscle muscles, along with anything in the rules you think you might have left out.

Nice work though! Very through. You seem ready!

I wasn't really sure if I would need the insertion or origin since I was in B and the odds of my school going to Nationals is zero. Thank you for the advise though!

I added RICE to my cheatsheet. Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevation!

I would add origin and insertion on muscles, as Aubrey said, but also information on types of contraction/movement of muscles. It wouldn't hurt to also have a cross-section of things like the pleural membranes and an alveolus. :) Good luck!

I know you already have some muscle diagrams on your cheat sheet, but if you're having trouble ID'ing the arm and leg muscles (an extremely common problem), I made some color-coded diagrams that may help:

States was on saturday. There were no muscle id questions, and almost everything was on the pdf training handout. Only 5 extreemly hard questions were on there. We placed either 6th/8th out of 24, i'm not sure.
