at states we took 12th,but at regionals we had taken first

I'm guessing a good windmill and a very high speed fan. It's annoying how the actual speed of the fan on high and low can differ and therefore drastically change what percentage the test is worth. With a fan that is very fast, all the windmills will do better, and so the test doesnt matter as much and vice versa.

Don't remember. Also I have no idea why the low power didn't work. We would have gotten top ten if it had.

yes
