You're posting in the middle of a lockdown? Shouldn't you be hiding under a desk or something?

Wait a minute- how serious is this? If it's like my high school where everyone sits around in a classroom with nothing to do while the police bring the drug dogs in, then I can definitely understand why you're bored. If not, then .

Oh yeah, and last year the whole middle school was banned from having dances because some people were dancing "inappropriately". And then some people weren't happy with the principal when she stopped the whole dance and kicked people out. Most of the people there didn't do anything bad, so I don't understand why they don't just ban the people who were dancing "inappropriately" and let the rest of us keep our school dances. Oh right, lawsuits on the basis of discrimination against the people who were banned.

yeah, you got so lucky! i was in GYM CLASS - weight room. aka they locked us in the room with the machines for an hour and a half, then let us change and had us patted down in the main gym (and they searched the stuff we'd brought from the locker rooms). they almost didn't let us change (they were going to make us get out of the building in our gym clothes), but they still didn't let us go to our regular lockers, so everybody had to come to school early today to get their homework from their lockers. it was pretty stupid- they found a note of some sort outside the building with "enough specifics" for the police to order the lockdown. the thing started at around 1:30, they let the three-story wing kids out at around 3:30, us at 4:00, and the last kids at around 4:30. school usually ends at 3:10. and it was raining, and nobody had an umbrella.

Yes, they do. Like last week, this random guy landed on our lacrosse field in a helicopter, took of his sweatshirt, and then took off. Very random, very weird.

Oh that really happened? I thought that was some kind of practical joke going around. Or is it?

We don't have a lacrosse field..try football. Yeah, that was really weird. Apparently he said something to the gym teacher. I should ask him about it...

We don't have a lacrosse team or club or anything that has to do with lacrosse. I guess it's not big in this area.
