They were drag based, spanned the entirety of the radius (12.8 cm?), starting at 4 cm wide slowly narrowing out, and made of a pepsi bottle.

If you don't mind sharing how different was this from your States blade both performance and design-wise? Just adding in the reason I'm curious is because I used a drag-based design for States but was considering switching if we made it to Nationals. Well this edit came out weird.

Also how successful were you in using soda bottle plastic? I used to use it but it curved too much so I switched to frozen pizza boxes.
