Well, limonite, but yes. Goethite and limonite both form pseudomorphs of pyrite.

Nope! This is a really hard pseudomorph; I couldn't have figured this one out if I tried.
And yes, it does look almost identical to feldspar - nice eye! Before finding out what it was, that was my guess.
