Not much. But you must remember that my region is somewhat of an oddity. If you want to get a good sampling of what most A&P tests are like, you might want to ask the others.

They tested us on the three predetermine systems, but used content not in the rules. (i.e different diseases, different areas of focus, etc.) I was very upset to find that I had studied (and knew quite well) standard material and yet it hadn't appeared once on the test. For example, I painstakingly memorized the origin, insertion, and function of each muscle. THERE WERE NO MUSCLE ID QUESTIONS. On a 70+ problem test! I wasn't expecting everything to be handed to me, but drawing from the rules at least SOMEWHAT would be nice. Out of 70 questions probably 4 were content from the rules.

I doubt they would have done anything had she appealed. I had the same thing happen to me at States -- stuff on an Anatomy test that shouldn't have been on there -- although not quite to that extent. They denied the appeal because all the teams would have been at the same disadvantage with the extraneous questions (ofc, this is assuming that everybody only studied exactly what was on the rules and didn't look at anything else relating to Anatomy).

Yeah, but at least you protest, and next year the writer won't do that.

Same thing happened at Wayzata for us. Basically no respiratory questions were on the test, which had a third of the topic the skeletal system. I happened to get lucky; the skeletal system was my specialty last year.
