If it's not Fib, then I have no idea who else it could be.

So should I accuse?
I think you should accuse. I've actually been suspecting fibonacci for quite some time now. I see fibonacci on the IRC a lot, too.
Okay. Here goes nothing...

I accuse Fibonacci924 of being the Assassinator because the ID clue ("heart, spell, death") leads to the Inkheart trilogy, and Fibonacci has a quite from Inkspell in their username. Also, they solved their own kill clue, and it was in a way that would be hard for other people to solve. Plus, since Fibonacci was an actual person, we could mistake Fib for them (not great, I tried). And we don't know that they're not a girl, so that part still fits (sorry Fib, you kinda seem like a girl to me.) Also, they are very active on IRC, and many clues have related to chat.

The only fishy thing is that Fib literally said they didn't like Assassination 108... oh well, I don't see what else the ID clue could point to.
Obviously, Fib said that they didn't like this assassination in order to draw attention away from themselves. Personally, if I was the sassy, I would also hate this assassination, because almost no one was figuring out the clues. That also explains why the sassy must have gotten frustrated in the end and practically told everyone their identity.

Well assassination games tend to get a lot slower towards the end. It might just be because in last game every officer besides Fluffy and me (but I didn't really count) was dead at the end, but I feel like this game was a bit more active.

True, but this game hasn't been going on nearly as long as the previous two. There's only been two kills so far!

Yes, it's still had more pages than the other ones.

To the Officers:

I was raised a socialite. My job in life was to attend countless lessons and balls in order to secure a well-respected place in society. After I was invited to the fair by my dear friend Fluffy Crustacean, I just had to go. For the first time in my life, I was free.

Most serial killers murder to feel all powerful. I am no exception. The problem was, I was routinely unsuccessful.

After the low that came right after the high, I left a clue that pointed straight to me. dragon_fruit35 alerted the police force at the fair. In no time, they apprehended me at the entrance to the fair.

I, Fibonacci924, am the Assassinator. And thanks to you, I await trial for 2 counts of first degree murder, and 5 counts of attempted murder.

Stay tuned to the answers of the clues.

Good game! I do have to ask, why did you say to look it up when you knew that would lead us directly to you?

I had fun, too bad I have to know who the sassy is again

Because normally you look things up when you have a lead. I wanted to say what I meant outright, but that would've completely been an act of self-sabotage.

And then there was the fact that my other ID clues were vague. Also, I wanted it to end sooner rather that later.

Good game, everyone. Also, Fib, thanks for letting me be an officer. I recall that at one point in this game, some people thought I was the sassy  .
