Since I won't be back on in the next 12 hours, here goes.
I protect myself, since the clue refers to several Jewish themes.
I accuse starpug because:
1. He is known for being highly liberal, bordering on Communist, and therefore he can be considered the "spawn of a dictator"
2. He has posted about Asian rock, or "Korean Moosic"
3. His clues resemble those of earlier assassinations, for which he was around.
Well, this ends it. Good game everybody.

And that concludes it. I am not Starpug.
Thanks to all who made this entertaining. I'm sure if I was a spectator or an officer in this game, I would have been equally frustrated by my actions, but I take full responsibility. While it does feel nice to win a game, I do admit, it was a lame one at best.
One more narrative to please my soul:
I looked down at the launch pad. The officers had finally realized who I was and were about to hit the giant STOP button on the console down below. I couldn't stop, but crack a joke. "Houston, we have a problem."
They hit it, but little did they know that the "STOP" was really a sticker over the button labeled "Launch." As they burned in my exhaust, I laughed. The end of the world was coming. And I would safely be on my lovely colony on Mars.
As I went up, the meteors started coming down. California did crash into the ocean, and a red blood haze covered the planet as fire razed over the land. It was a beautiful sight. Horrifying, but beautiful.
"Well, that's another item to cross off my bucket list. See the world end." I chuckled, and aimed my rocket toward Mars. It was going to be a boring 6 months.

Apologies in advance for the double post. Also, I'm sure after this post, I will probably be hated for the rest of my life on the forums. Oh well.
This clue referred to my birthday, which you would have only known had you been my friend on FB. Cheating? Maybe, but I considered it fair game as an ID.
Spawn of a dictator=Dictator refers to Hitler. Spawn, well interpreted it as child, but also one having the same birthday.
Twin of Napoleon=I have the same birthday as Napoleon.
Korean Moosic=You correctly interpreted that Korean Moosic, meant "Korean Music." Well, most of you did. This actually referred to my blog, where I explicitly stated my love for K-pop. Are you feeling wronged? Probably. Actually, I myself would be throwing a huge fit once I read this, but oh well. It's fair game as well.
I apologize profusely in advance for this clue. My head was deep in the gutter when I thought of this.
Richard, the envious one=Richard is (think of a nickname for Richard) and envious refers to the color green.
My avatar is a Creeper from Minecraft which has been referred to as a...well, you can use your imagination.
Again, many apologies.
I am stalking you. Well, once you look at my avatar, it should be self explanatory. What do Creepers do? They stalk.
If you haven't found out by now who I am, shame on you. I'll let it be a guessing game for those who don't. I can't prevent you from posting my name on this forum, or other forums, but as a final game, try not to.
I'd thought I'd just put this here, since I didn't actually kill my target.
The target was Paleonaps. "Tradition" referred to a tradition a few games back of targeting Paleonaps first in the sassy games. REM also referred to "naps."
And that's the game. Seeing as Assassination has lost its luster, I propose a one month recess. All in favor? Until then, so long.

Its very hard to identify a relatively obscure user as a assassinator, especially considered the vast number of options winners have when choosing the next assassinator, compared to a year or two ago.

The game was fun. Then the later part of the game got boring.
