As in psi. At tryouts, with about 20 psi, we should have 20% full.

Aren't climbing trees fun? At the State competition my partner and I used 60% water for one rocket and I don't think all of the water come out. That rocket fell down on the proctor's head; I'm think some people from NY might remember that.

Nah Your school gym roof is much more fun (~40-45 feet) and then using a slingshot to get a rocket out of a tree.

Yeah, the trees surrounding the area we practice in are really high, so when a rocket gets stuck in one of them, it's hopeless. Our best time is only 26.4 seconds.

I was joking. and our school gym roof is about 20-25 feet high.

I somehow was lucky and never got a rocket stuck in a tree or building for more than 4 seconds before it fell back down.
