ID clues have been attempted at, but Pb is not exactly trustful.
Work hard, get good, have fun.
Zigzag this clue and you’re done.
16, you can drive, but give it a push.
I hope you can add, numbers you have to mush.
I apologize for the lateness of this clue, I’m sorry
All of the people are now bored, things are now blurry.
Analyze this clue carefully, and this game will end. I believe you can!
LOL ok.
Here is what I got out of the zigzag clue. If you take the first letter of each line, you get
T I W Z 1 I I A A
If you take the last letter of each, you get
L L N E H H Y Y N
If you alternate between first and last, you get
T L W E 1 H I Y N
If you alternate between last and first, you get...
L I N Z H I Y A N

EDIT: Also, in the clue on page 18, the first letters of the second stanza (with "O'er the rainbow...") spell out FOREST
And in the one on page 20, the first letters of the third stanza (with "How do you still not know?") spell out HALITE
Not sure if Linzhiyan is the sassy or the target, and I haven't been around long enough to see how 'forest' and 'halite' help.
(I did a forum search for those two words, and it came up empty.)

Assuming that I do have an accusation (I'm not sure if I do), I accuse linzhiyan of being the sassy. Pure genius creationist! I personally stink at solving clues, so I'm like whoa.... ;) :D

In the case that MadCow2357 doesn't have an accusation, I accuse linzhiyan for the reason stated above.

I'll post the ID I made too:

1. comgaolingmahler8x2bined
combined + gaoling + mahler 8 x 2
Gaoling is the city which the mineral Kaolinite is named for. Kaolinite is a clay mineral. Mahler's 8th symphony is nicknamed "Symphony of a Thousand" due to the amount of parts. 1000 x 2 = 2000 which is a ton. Combined, clay + ton = Clayton, linzhiyan's school.

2.

Like pb5754 discovered, these are post numbers. However, he interpreted it wrong. Let's take a look inside the posts...
Like Gene and Finny in A Separate Peace, now that you suspect me, you will interpret all of my actions from that point of view.
I protect MadCow2357 because he mentioned Germanium in the A to Z game, which was on a streak of element names at the time.
No one (except the previous Sassy and the previous Sassy accuser, which in this case is dxu46 and yxu08) knows the Sassy

Hi! Welcome to the sassy games and the forums but that's not important lol! If you need some explanation, either read the wiki page or PM me.
I may have failed my last
Yeah, I can tell that we got it right, but who got the accusation?
Ahhhhh, I posted something about reading The Odyssey a while back... maybe the clue targets me...??????
Now I guess we just wait 24 hours until something happens?
It's evident that the first letters of each sentence spell LIN-HIYAN. The Z was omitted as a hint (and the fact that I couldn't find a post with Z lol)

In case you didn't know to follow the first letters, here's clue 3.
3.
Be greedy - take it.
Slow it does grow, so.
Yeah! At 3 and 20, this bargain is too good!
Because, there are no cows on ice.
It continues...
The [strikethrough]mouth[/strikethrough] clock is ticking...
All of these songs are from the album First Letter by Wire. Go figure.

Overall, good game linzhiyan, congratulations to the officers, this was a fairly well run game.

Finally, after a month, this game is over.
Holidays are fun, with sweets, turkeys, and four-leaf clovers.
I am indeed, linzhiyan.
Congratulations, officers, you have won.

Pb5754[], PM me with your choice of the next Sassy, but please send it to my private inbox, not the Sassy’s… Solutions to clues will come shortly.
Also, sorry for the constant lateness of clues for the second half of the game...

On a night that's cool,
ready are my tools.
I'm prepared to strike,
but I'll offer you a clue!

Junior Varsity
On It
Element Germanium
DJYFAPEEVP
Y
Explanation: As Tailsfan101 figured out, DJYFAPEEVP decodes to “Byebyekate” using the vigenere cipher with a key of “clue”. The random groups of words on the bottom is to spell “vig” with the second word of every phrase, which as (JoeyC) pointed out, does indeed stand for “Vigenere”. The key is hidden within the poem.
Protected by: Tailsfan101
I may have failed my last
but that is in the past.
I’ve made this clue twice as hard
And I promise,
The target will not go unscarred.

Always the setting forth was the same.
Zivfviggb
EXPLANATION: Twice as hard stands for double. “Always the setting forth was the same” represents that the same encipher was used. The key was hard because if you put in a comma before as, then you will have “this clue twice, as hard” which roughly translates to “the key is hard” if you’ve figured out the vigenere cipher part of the clue and also don’t think about the newly modified sentence to hard.
ID: The line above the cipher is from W.S Merwin’s “Odysseus”. In YDRC, I’ve posted something about reading The Odyssey.
PROTECTED BY: Jacobi
My target has escaped my grasp.
He was my second but not my last.
I shall offer you another clue,
Or maybe not, cause I'm just that cruel.

Jacobi has successfully protected linzhiyan.

Here is a poem to make your day.
A proper noun not thought that way.
He is the worst and I am the best.
I wonder what is a epithet.
The game's just started, it's not about to end.
I hope you can protect without a helping hand!
I'm spying through the tall watchtower.
I'll strike again in 48 hours.

EXPLANATION: As solved, a synonym of “epithet” is “Name”. “Name” is also a noun, normally not thought of as a proper noun.
ID: “I hope you can protect without a helping hand” refers to Sassy being one of the officers.
PROTECTED BY: linzhiyan
Looks like I’ve failed again,
But the officers for sure won’t win.
Are you going to the party on Halloween?
What about costumes? Seen or unseen?
I should finish my job so that it’s complete.
And not leave anyone lying around, deceased.

Linzhiyan has correctly protected Name.
EXPLANATION: Luanne’s signature states “Welcome to the party” and in “The Slippery Slope Fallacy” thread, she posted “Then you are deceased. If you are deceased…”
Luanne died
Happy Halloween!
I guess luanne was not seen.
The first victim to be killed,
The next will be whoever I will.

R u ready for this?
Will you have an accurate list?
Medals aren’t bad.
Grades are sad.
Killing people like I’m mad!
EXPLANATION: The first letters of the second stanza decodes to JoeyC with a Caesar shift of 8.
ID: “Grades are sad” hints that Sassy cares a lot about grades. Also, in the discussion of this clue, I said that the grade part relates to me.
JoeyC died
Mwahaha, another down, 13 more to go.
How good are you? This clue will show.
I hope you know some poetry rules,
As that will be your biggest tool.
48 hours go by fast,
When I see you again, it won’t be my last.
EXPLANATION: As Jacobi pointed out, the rhyme scheme is AABBCC, which can be interpreted as ABC which, with a Caesar Shift of 11, gives you LMN.
PROTECTED BY: Jacobi
On a cold, windy night,
Walking the streets with barely any light.
On the ground laid LittleMissNyan,
But, as I approached, she went flyin'.
To the house of her friend, Ellis,
Who, ironically, lived in Paris.
In her small, little house, covered with fur,
With her dogs and beautiful birds.

In Paris, we will meet again.
You'll know me, from that evil little grin.
48 hours you shall have.
Then, again, we shall cross paths.

EXPLANATION: Y’all solved this clue pretty completely. The only part you missed was that UChicago is located on Ellis Avenue.
PROTECTED BY: Jacobi
Jacobi has correctly protected Chi
Who was standing right in front of me.
Don't worry though, I'll get my revenge,
Except it'll be on someone that likes pots and pans.
Chem and bio are all related.
Healing and hurting those that are hated.

Tour with me, to another place
but, I'll be moving fast. I hope you can keep pace.
I'm surprised that no one has yet to guess.
I know you're scared, but give it your best.
There are many clues out there.
I just want to make you aware.

Seeing your struggle, I feel bad
I'll give you blatant clues, but just a tad.
You might not know, but this game is a clue.
When you're hungry, you eat food.
Go back to the first two clues.
Within, hints will come loose.

With these, I bid you farewell.
And in Germany, I'll hear the stories you tell.
Here is a tip: do not second guess.
See you in 48 hours. I give you my best.
Buy your tickets and jump on the plane.
We'll meet again, lose or gain.
EXPLANATION: Galahad was the main contributor to Potions and Poisons winning the Hurt and Heal game.
ID: First 2 clues= Vigenere cipher. I’m in CodeBusters and the first question I posted was in the Vigenere cipher. “This game is a clue”. The Odyssey is an epic poem, so the game is written in poetry.
PROTECTED BY: Tailsfan101
I sincerely apologize for the delay.
But you are lucky Galahad stayed.
I'll give you some ID because I was late.
And I promise for the next clue, you will not have to wait.

I am not IvanGe, how could you have thought?
Have you forgotten all the battles a hero has fought?
I'm not a blue, a yellow, but a green.
It's in a book, if you don't know what that means.

An unicorn ate a corn.
Into two, the unicorn was torn.
It's cold outside, don't get sick.
But if you do, you won't fall for my trick.

EXPLANATION: Unicorn ate a corn: unicorn-corn= uni. Cold outside→ sick= cold. Unicode→ UTF because his username is in unicode.
ID: Battles a hero fought= Odysseus. I have stated (multiple times before that I’m reading the Odyssey.) Green: In The Mazerunner, the new people entering the Glade are called Greenies. This implies that I’m a first time Sassy.
PROTECTED BY: Jacobi
I guess I broke my promise.
Not only that, but I also missed.
UTF has escaped my trap,
But all of you shall face my wrath.
Because I'm late, I should offer some ID.
With these and dxu46's who I am, you should be able to see.

For you, I have always cared.
O'er the rainbow, somewhere.
Regularly, I recall correctly.
Ever since I've started, I have been able to see,
Scioly is my life and dream.
True to my coaches, family, and team.

I suppose it's time to strike again.
I will not make any promises about lose or win.
I hope you know your elements and code.
Or else, you will make another foe.
Hi, hello, how do you do?
For a equals seven and b equals three.
GAXSHNJ
HQYHNJ
TFSJDQHNJ (-5)
ZNCMNS
GDQGDCNJ (+14)
YNKQHNJ (-2)
XIPTFQ
EXPLANATION: Using the affine cipher, the random letters decode to: Thorium→ Th
Indium→ In
Germanium→ Ge. E is the fifth letter in the alphabet, so the “-5” implies to delete the “e”.
Sulfur→ S
Tantalum→ Ta. Same as above. A=1, 1+14=15, 15=O
Dubnium→ Db. B=2, 2-2=0
Oxygen→ O
ID: If you watch the video for “Somewhere Over the Rainbow”, you can see that the girl singing is the main focus throughout the entire video. That implies that I’m a girl. “Regularly, I recall correctly” shows that I’m an IRC regular because “I recall correctly”= IRC. The last three lines were just space fillers for me to include the rest of the ID clue. The first letter of the ID clue stanza spells “Forest” which is what the first part of my username means in Chinese. Affine cipher+Vigenere cipher from first 2 clues imply that I’m in CodeBusters. Also, if y’all’d solved this clue correctly, you would’ve gotten “Things to do” which was a mistake I’d previously made.
PROTECTED BY: pb5754[]
I am not dxu, how could you have thought.
But you protected Things2do, so I guess you’re not at fault.
I’m also not Whythelongface, I’m sorry to tell.
But with the kill clues, you’ve done pretty well.

Pay more attention to the ID clues.
Along that line, you can find one, but not two.
Roygbiv, I know my colors.
As my fatal flaw relates to numbers.
Ring the bell and muffle the sound.
Sound the alarm and walk around.
Expect more help and clues as well.

Count the syllables to solve this clue.
Divide by three, multiply by two, divide two.
I hope you can do math.
Think science, as my last.
EXPLANATION: Syllables= 9, 12, 6, 6. Divided by 3= 3, 4, 2, 2. The “science” thing was about eesJacobi’s “interest” in which the number of times each thing is written is 3, 4, 2, and 2.
ID: Alarm= TPBM Numbers: I’ve said that I struggle with counting a couple times. The first letter of the middle paragraph spells “pararse” which means “stop” in Spanish. The second word in my username can mean “stop” in Chinese. This also hints that Sassy knows Spanish.
Jacobi died.
Jacobi is now in my hands.
Your best officer, now in bands.
Forget about posting too soon,
But as promised, it’s around noon.

For you, I give an easy clue.
This person has been helping you.
Wouldn’t it be cool to be eight?
Eighty for height and twenty for weight?
My target is exactly that.
It’s an animal but not a cat.

How do you still not know?
After this and the last two, it should not be so.
Look at the entire post.
ID and kill will help the most.
Think of words at the beginning of phrase.
Expect this to help you come up with new faces.

48 hours, you shall have.
If I’m late, please do not laugh.
I’ll be watching from afar.
An unknown distance, I’ll be that twinkling star.

EXPLANATION: “Tails” in Sonic is 8 years old, weighs 20 kg, and is 80 cm tall. Tails=Tailsfan101. “Someone that has been helping you”= an officer
ID: Halite→”Yan” can mean salt in Chinese. Halite is the mineral name for salt. “Look at last two” tells you to connect the acrostic from the previous to clues as well. “Unknown distance” ~> Fermi.
Protected by Tailsfan101.
Tailsfan101 was correctly protected, but don’t be too hopeful.
EXPLANATION: 2+3+5+7=17 which is one more than 16, hence the "give it a push". In his signature, his quotation is: "Son, if you really want something in this life, you have to work for it. Now quiet! They're about to announce the lottery numbers." The "work hard, get good, have fun" part hints at the "You have to work for it" part of his signature.
ID: If you zigzag the last and first letter of each line, you'll get "linzhiyan", hinting that I'm Sassy.
Correctly accused by pb5754[].
