how in depth do you need to know about the functions and structures of principle organs?
Does anyone have a practice exam for division B?

Well... that first part is pretty self-explanatory. For structures you would have to know things like cross-sections of muscle fibers and parts of lungs, all that jazz.

Structure of organs for the respiratory system would be things like the pleural membranes, structure of an alveolus, etc. etc.

what kind of stuff has everyone seen on their tests? about how in depth does most tests go?

I would recommend making muscle flash cards. My test didn't have any ID questions on it, but I'm the exception to the rule. The tests are very in-depth across the board, I think.

Last year, when the systems were muscular and skeletal I encountered several questions on muscle tendons. Do you think tendon questions could appear this year as well?

Also, has anyone ever encountered an instance where he/she had to label deep muscles? It seems every test is on superficial muscles, but nothing in the rules eliminates deep muscles from the field of play.
