I thought it was sort of easy. And I was placed on the event only after Gulf Coast Regionals. It kind of bugged me when my partner and I noticed at the start that we didn't have an answer sheet. The procotor gaves us one, but later, she told me it really threw her off. She believes that every second in an event counts.

Who said that the Pennsylvania test was easy? It was pretty much what I expected, but that doesn't mean it was easy. There were a few questions which my partner and I were a little uneasy about. Did you think the test was really easy?

ok, i will try again. Does anyone know if we need to provide our own AAA maps for nationals? Do not write this off as a stupid girl asking a stupid question. THe writer who is writing the Nationals event is the writer who writes events for NY. It is VERY common to have to provide your own AAA maps in New York. So i would apprectiate it if anyone shares knowledge they have about whether we need to provide our own map.

AAA would mean highway. All topographic maps should be from USGS. It says in the rules that Event Supervisors are supposed to provide ALL maps for the event, so I don't think that this should be an issue. If people accidentally brought different editions of the AAA maps, an answer for a question on population would be completely wrong. I would be disappointed to find out that the Event Supervisors at nationals weren't buying the same maps for people to use.
Expect them to give you the maps there. I really think that they will, but if they don't, appeal.

I see no reason why they wouldnt provide the maps for nats. like u said, the rules say that all maps will be provided by the event suporvisers. u are allowed to take in referance material and so take a rule book and if there are different editions, show them the rules and appeal.
