Heh you are being stupid. ;) :D The things in the beginning of Big Hero 6 were participating in a bot fight (humanoid rc robots).

Sumo bots are more like wedge bots that try to push other bots out of the ring.

Does anyone know if they are going to change the average pitch rule on Sounds of Music? With some apps (looking at you Google Sci Journal, which is unfortunately the easiest app for an ES to get), that rule honestly just does not work. Someone on the Sounds forum suggested using the mode of the 5 seconds, and while this makes sense it would be harder to implement, but maybe someone could make some software to deal with that. (This Sounds forum page has more details: viewtopic.php?f=284&t=12240&start=90)
I like birds.

Specific rule changes won't come out until much later, at least until the tentative rules are discussed at SOSI.

Nope, I don't believe it is. It's still in the rotation though (not sure which) and will be coming back in possibly 2 years idk. Someone else can answer that better but it almost certainly will not be back next year.

Hello everyone. I have a question. In the Tentative Events Schedule, it appears that Thermodynamics is being replaced an event called Machines. Will this be like Compound and Simple Machines in the past for the most part or will it be significantly different?

No it's supposed to be Simple Machines for div B and Compound Machines for div C, I think they only wrote "Machines" for brevity

Really? I think they just made it machines for both B and C because they wanted to keep things uniform for Division B and Division C, similar to how they changed the name from Shock Value to Circuit Lab to match it up.

I thought it would be something like how Mission Possible in div C is chemical reactions but it's simple machines in div B, to match the skill level that both divisions should have, making it equal but not the same.
