I think they mean updated with 2018 content. Generally it seems like links and any archived content that can be revived are added throughout September. A potion of the new events will probably not have much on them until content is generated after the rules are released.

You rock! Got 'em...I think. They're not downloadable PDFs? I can view the packets in the player, but how is this useful? I cannot install this software at school for access where it's needed, and it's not as if printing everything at home is a good option for a myriad of reasons...
