Re: Junkyard Challenge B
Our record for Ramp is ~463 cm, which is 4630 mm, which is 4.63 Meters, if my calculations are right.
For Bridge, it was around the same. I think we got ~490 cm (=4900 mm, =4.900 m)

That's amazing. I don't know about ours because we didn't even test them out yet.fishman100 wrote:Our record for Ramp is ~463 cm, which is 4630 mm, which is 4.63 Meters, if my calculations are right.

Re: Junkyard Challenge B
Like I said above, if you want info on my ramp then the most you're going to get is my description(s). Sorry
But at the competition, the ramp almost touched the ground while we were testing it. It was close >.>

Re: Junkyard Challenge B
At Texas we got the catapult. We had a weird testing time because we got 30 minutes to build. During that time we were not allowed to practice test. Next they gave us 12 minutes to practice test
. During that time we were not allowed to modify anything. Next they gave us the normal 2 minutes to test. The proctor didn't follow correct procedures.

Do you think if we were given catapult, would we have time to test it before the actual two minute testing?RBears6 wrote:At Texas we got the catapult. Most likely. You should be able to calibrate.modify during the 30-minute building time period.Cheese_Muffin_Man wrote:Do you think if we were given catapult, would we have time to test it before the actual two minute testing?RBears6 wrote:At Texas we got the catapult. And speaking of catapult, what was your best distance? (Is 339 cm good?)

Sorry, I don't know. Like I said before I didn't build any of my devices yet? When I do build a bouncer, what is a good distance to look for? What have you been getting?fishman100 wrote:Same...I really can't decideCheese_Muffin_Man wrote:Quite honestly, i have no idea what we are best at. So, i can't make a decision right now.
