Just a thought: Could the IP locations have to do with scioly.org users?
Oregon: kinda close to washington. Bernard?
Idaho: Tailsfan
Rochester: ?
Oklahoma City: kinda close to kansas, so maybe hugo?
Overland Park, MO: close to Jaspattack
NYC: Sneep or other NY ppl
Moscow: Torchic?

Although I don't really know how this might help narrow down who the sassy is (or whether or not this was an intentional clue for that matter), it's just something that came into my mind when looking at the map.

If one of the next points is SoCal, Chicagoland, Florida, Georgia, Tenessee, or Maryland, I would think it might have something to do with users. (but still, just a hunch)

However, you do have a point. There are some interesting connections but also some unrelated ones. Also, NYC wasn't an IP, and Moscow is still just a hunch (and most likely wrong), as we still aren't about the decoded IP

Update: Lumo says the 2 runs to columbia, which is one of the two trains featured at the 233rd St. station from earlier. I strongly suggest that we protect lumo as well
