Maybe longitudes in the Western Hemisphere (west from the prime meridian) are negative?

We made 5th at state. It was not that hard of a test, but I'm sure we got some wrong :D .There were some people outside the testing room competing against us that were asking each other if they'd read the rules, and did they know what contour lines were... :? My partner and I were looking at them funny... How did everyone else do?

In the PA state test, something was a little bit weird... DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT "mental sectors" are??????????? :?: :?: :?:

At first I wondered about that too, but then I realized that it was just the sectors on the quad, 1-9. The word mental in front of sector threw me off just for a second.

I could see how that could throw someone off. What was the meaning of the "mental" then? And 49ers, did you see what place you got. I'm not saying... ;)
