does anyone know if we should remember all 50 muscles on the major list for divi b? should we know where all of the go to?!

umm.. well... yeah... i mean, they give you that list for a reason right? and i do believe its on teh rules that you need to know location, function, and at nats, origina and insertion.

I didn't think you needed the functions of the muscles for regionals/states...but IDK. You definitely need to know ID's.

We had to match muscles to muscle function at States. It was really easy though. I mean, it was matching and it was only on about 8 muscles. :|

No. muscle functions like umm... flexes the forearm or whatever. There was also matching on the flexing abducting one too though.

does anyone have a good link where i can find the cellular and gross anatomy of skeltal, smooth, and cardiac muscle. Also, what effects do exercise have on the cellular and gross anatomy of skeletal, smooth, and cardiac muscle.

Have you tried the training handout? You should always start there. There should be a link a few pages back?

However, it doesn't tell you very much...for the exercise for example, it just says the effects of it on the entire body system in general
