Maybe the NO1 could also be something for No. 1 as in Number 1? I don't know. If we look at the first part of the code, the letters GCS stand for Glasgow Coma Scale/Score, although I doubt that has anything to actually do with the clue,Assassinator wrote:Shortly after the ceremony was over, I found my target wandering alone in the streets. It seemed only a few of the officers were actively searching, and while they figured out the hard part, the final part wasn’t there. Since nobody was there to resist me, I quickly knocked out my victim, carried them up to the top of the stadium. Bazinga+ only caught a glance at my face before being pushed off the edge to their death.
Person has given up their spot. Dragon_fruit will get first dibs on the spot, since they posted sixth. Since we are changing officers, I will give you 72 hours to protect.
It’s time for the relay, and one of you notices something weird about a baton. You don’t want to let another person die, so you look at it and see that it opens up. Inside, there’s a small scroll of paper that reads:
NO1 021267 231267
GCS 481088 115004
Don’t do a sing and dance; there’s a time and place for everything.

Looking back on the clue, I don't think it could be an alphabetical cipher because there are zeros.

That's what I found. When I did a Google search, I got something about hex.Entomology wrote:Looking back on the clue, I don't think it could be an alphabetical cipher because there are zeros.

-A dark navy blue
-Another dark navy blue that looks virtually the same as the first one
-A deep purple indigo
-A forest green
These look like colors from azurite's avatar. Can someone protect her? It's the best lead we have right now.
Other things to think about:
-We still don't know what the letters mean (NO1 and GCS)
-"Don’t do a sing and dance; there’s a time and place for everything."
-HD 115004 is a star in the constellation Canes Venatici. Its apparent magnitude is 4.94.

I protect azuritemalachite because of the reasoning above.
I think it would be best if someone replaced me as officer for two weeks or so (though hopefully you all figure out who the sassy is by then) just cause I'm in an area where Google is banned and it's hard to solve clues on an iPad with poor wifi connection. Sorry, I shouldnt have applied for officer, but I completely forgot about going to China >.>

It could also be you, if you look at the colors of your events and your avatar. The only thing I can think of with the quote under the clue is Professor Oak, which may or may not relate to someone that has mentioned Pokémon Go.Entomology wrote:Nice! I think Entomology has mentioned on the IRC a couple times that she's team mystic.dragon_fruit35 wrote:It could also be you, if you look at the colors of your events and your avatar.
