Hi all,

I was just wondering how zinc reacts in HCl and iodine. After research online, i found there is a lot of fizz when mixed with HCl, but when I tried that with my own personal tools, there seems to be little to no reaction. What may be the problem in this situation?

There should be a little reaction although while testing different zincs I noticed one didn't have a reaction that is rare though but yes there should be a little reaction.
