as you get older the social ladder somewhat flips. If not disappears completely. Stated by one of my professors who played college and pro football and ended up teaching computer science at Georgia Tech, "The most important thing you can do is to learn to accept who you are." he later went on to say how even he was a big nerd.
Personally, I'm sort of a nerd. But i like to incorporate nerdy things in with jokes...so i guess it works out.

brooke we have a ton of cliques
But its not like every person sticks 2 1 clique. Most people branch out & have a lot of friends that are very different than them.

what kind of question is that!!!
First, I don't think there is any social ladder at school...People are what you believe them to be. Aka..there is no such thing as "popular" it's all in your head!
I agree with basically everyone else.
Remember!! Everyone is your friend!

My school is small so it doesn't have a social ladder. I hang out with everyone. =]

At my school, all of the popular kids hate the nerds (science and music- we're usually both) and think that we want to be like them and be accepted into their group. In relality, we hate them and mock them behind their backs because they think that we are a bunch of helpless losers. They don't actually hear them talking about us to our faces, we just overhear conversations. Thing is, we just don't care what they think of us because their opinions don't matter.
I have a huge mob of nerdy friends, so all of this is just kinda funny. For the kids that don't though, the preps excluding them is hard for them.
