We have a bus to regionals and states, I don't think that it costs much at all.

thats ridiculous the school shouldnt charge you that much for something like SO which is more important than school anyway

Actually now that i think about it, it may have been higher. We were going to split the cost amongst the team like we do for everything that we need. We have about 30+ people going to states and the coaches divided the cost of the bus by that and they came out to around $25. The coaches were talking about it and they decided not to do it because $25 is way to much for each person. The cost of each person to go to states would end up being more than it cost to join the club. There's the bus, t-shirts, lunch, materials.

Yep you have to pay $100 to join the club and that doesn't guarantee you a spot on the team. States is around $25ish but i dont really remember. We might not do t-shirts this year so that may go down.

Wow i wish i were you!! At my high school the fee for sports is $350 and that doesnt include equipment which you have to pay for by yourself. So if you play 3 sports that's 1,050 a year plus you have to buy equipment which is a lot depending on the sport.

Pleiades, you have an expensive school. I'm glad I don't have to pay to join scioly. Especially not for $100.
