Re: Trajectory B&C
Oh ok so it wasn't a big change but still they were very good. Also I can tell you that the kid who built the device for Arden last year is now a tenth grader at Mira Loma (I'm in 9th grade at Mira Loma) so you should be seeing him in C division soon enough.
But I don't know if he left any plans or anything at Arden.

What is the difference between B&C? I was in B last year do you have to shoot the ball farther in C? I have not been able to see the rules yet for this.

Re: Trajectory B&C
So it has to be able to go ten meters instead of 8 meters right?

Yes and it has to be able to clear a 2 meter high close target and still make it to 10 meters.

Ok if it has to be powered by a non-metalic elastic soild couldnt you make a trebuchet and have like a super heavy chunk of some that fits the rules or would it not work. Im just wondering cause Im probably going to do a catapult anyways. I was just curious.

No the definition of it is that it has to be powered by the solid itself, trebuchets are powered by gravity not by the non metallic elastic solid.trombonegirl23 wrote:Ok if it has to be powered by a non-metalic elastic soild couldnt you make a trebuchet and have like a super heavy chunk of some that fits the rules or would it not work.
