Our 1st helicopter looked like a key chain compared to our new one. LOL

Our helicopter probably looked somewhat similar to that, then.

Unless by that you mean that it was ridiculously small.

I was thinking more like a hunk of wood with wings, isaysroar. The wood we used was really thick for some reason and the rotors were puny. It sort of looked like a fat bug with tiny wings trying really hard to fly but ending up flopping on the floor.

My favorite moment was last year at nationals when my partner (who's also my best friend) and I got 5th in Disease Detectives and she started crying since she was so happy.

Definitely captaining my team to 4th place and thus, states, something we hadn't made in the past 3 years because of a couple of magnet schools being created in my area that we had never managed to beat prior.
One that I thought would be really proud but was really embarrassing and felt really pretentious was walking up for my 8th medal, a gold in WIDI. I kept getting weird looks from the audience as I walked back to my seat. Also, the clinking was a bit excessive. And I was also really bitter I didn't medal in Chem and TPS, which I had never failed to medal in before...

My proudest moment is this year at regionals, when I had four medals jingling around my neck, annoying the heck out of the other teams.

Definitely getting 6 medals at Regionals this year, and our overall team score of 50. The clinking (a nuisance to almost everyone) was music to my ears.
My friend also got 6 medals, although we do no events together.

Hahahah that's funny because in my team we have a tradition to wear our metals at school the next day and so much of us had 2 or more metals that the teachers made us rubber band them together

At Regionals all but one person on the team(including JV) got at least one medal.
Also, about getting second in Stars
FPTP (first place team problems): I got a second place medal in my supposedly best event!
