As the officers put on their coats to leave the police station for the night, SilerNight begins to talk with thePrudentGuava about the recent developments on their mutually favorite soap opera. A good thing, too, because at that instant PrudentGuava's car explodes in what what have spelled her death if it hadn't been for SilverNight's small talk.

As the officers rush towards the parking lot, they see Cedavis crouched in a ball nearby, muttering to herself, clearly in a state of shock. As they approach her, they hear what she is saying:
"6 3 75, 46"
When they reach her and ask if she is OK, she snaps to attention and with wide eyes stutters:
"T...t...the Assassinator! The A...a...assassinator was h...h...here! He w...w...was shouting the n...n...name of his next target. H...h...his next target is"

She began to stutter the name of the Assassinator's next victim, but it is drowned out by another explosion in the distance (It was PrudentGuava's house , as she finds out later). When the officers turn back to Cedavis, she has passed out from fright.

I was having some difficulty posting that in the way I wanted, so I decided to change my target; I may be using that clue later.
