I think it's mortal_creator. He was the 3rd one to sign up, and siciscio said that the clues were released in order they were sent. So far, the order of clues released were the same as the order of the people signing up. As for the letter, perhaps it's an acronym.

Anyway, I noticed that if they will be released in order, when it comes to the last clue, since everyone will be guessed already, it will be obvious as to who the last person is (by process of elimination).

I'm going to say that it's EpicFailOlympian, because, I guess we're all epic fails sometimes, so yeah, efo could be considered everywhere.
