subtract three
BWhat do they all have the same of?
AThe Lady died with him but was not born until long after, in 1954.
Correction: A + B + [space] + [Two letters, both uppercase]
If the Lady were real, she would not have died 362 years before she was born.

If you add them together, you get 54. Subtracting 3 leaves 51.

These are just ideas.

Number games!!! With this new clue you can separate the number into a bunch of sections. It'll be interesting to see how this clue turns out..

Sorry for double post... Someone needs to protect East. When stuck in a Letters Numbers cipher, 51 becomes EA... The first two letters of East's name. Also, East is an officer.
I also got this after a bit of ciphering (this all follows the clue, except the first one)....
D G D I B F G C C I
A D A F Y C D Z Z F
A D A F C D F
D G D I B F G C C F
I have no idea what it means. maybe the double Z's mean it's targeting Z?

Just throwing thoughts around, but what if we take out the 3's?

so: 47492679

Don't really see anything there, but I guess it's worth checking out some way.

after subtracting three from every digit you get 1416934006, which is the ISBN number for "Forever" by Judy Blume

Although the sassy is probably going for some sort of alternative meaning, here's the full text of the October 1920 issue of Popular Science magazine, in case it helps: http://goo.gl/3Zkhx
