Dear Chalkers, I am not a troller. I am simply just on this forum and I am now aware of the trouble I have caused. Please forgive me and I hope I can make this all better. Once again, I am so sorry.

A key to proper forum etiquette is proper spelling, grammar and punctuation. Very few people are going to take you seriously when you post like that. Especially if you are one of the more notorious spammers on this entire forum.

A double post is when you make two posts in a row on a thread without anyone posting in-between.

In order to get back on topic, I'll remind everyone to contribute to the Experimental Design Wiki and Experimental Design Practice Wiki. I think the latter could be a great resource if everyone contributed a few example events.

Thank you for the recommendation. How else does everyone else prepare for this event?

Basically you just keep taking tests and make sure you know your partners and can communicate with them well during the test

Most practices we run for XPD are just like competition- we come in and our coach gives us a set of materials and lets us have at it. If he has a specific something in mind that he wants us to do, then he tells us, but otherwise we just spend 50 minutes (or more, especially in the beginning) running and writing up the experiment. For the first month or so, or if we are training a new writer, we have the rubric with us as we do it. After that, we should have it memorized.
Once we have that done, we go over it with our coach- he checks it against the rubric, and we discuss unclear or wrong areas, and how they would be fixed.
I am the one called "TARDIS Hat Girl," and am known as such by all.
