Strong Team, Weak team. But make sure that both teams work together at practices. Don't have them compete against each other.

Depends on what your aiming for if you load up one team then you will have a greater chance of having success for one team but anyone on the team that isn't loaded will be hurt and think they aren't good enough and there will be some hurt feelings. If you distribute evenly both teams evenly then you are more likely to have happier competetors but your highest placing team's rank is likely to drop. So it's your choice what kind of experiance you're going for.

think of the second team as a training team this is where you make HUGE mistakes during compition and learn from it

We have one team thats really strong, and we aim for going to nats, and the other teams are mostly just for fun, though if you do well at regionals, you can get moved up to varsity anyway.

Fossils: 1st @ reg. 3rd @ states (stupid dinosaurs...) 5th @ nats.
Dynamic: 1st @ reg. 19thish @ states, 18th @ nats
Herpetology (NOT the study of herpes): NA
Enviro Chem: 39th @ states =(
Cell Bio: 9th @ reg. 18th @ nats
Remote: 6th @ states 3rd @ Nats
Ecology: 5th @ Nats
Fossils: 1st @ reg. 3rd @ states (stupid dinosaurs...) 5th @ nats.

at my school we have one team, we are all in it for fun, but we always go to state, and in the next 2 years we want to go to nats
