Ideally, you'd hold ultimate at U Bay Fields at B but that's 2.5mi away from the opening ceremony at D. C is a field by some dorms but that's only enough for 3 or 4 games and still about 1.5mi from the ceremony.
I can try to provide any other info you need to organize this.
