I don't think many people have the official rule book yet, maybe a few people. I know we don't.

Road Scholar is one of those events that hardly changes each year, so those wondering what's going to be on the rules or tests, just look at the rules and tests from previous years. They will likely have all or most of what you will see this year, and last year's rules will be fine until you can work with this year's rules.

Received the 2011 rules a day or 2 ago. If you have them on order, you should probably get them soon. If you're waiting for the official team copy through regular distribution channels, it could take much longer, depending on when your team registers and what state/region you are in.

The only thing I see in bold (indicates new/changed of emphasized items) is "satellite/aerial images".
