For you guys new to nationals, the swap meet is a fun thing that is set up to meet your competition! It consists of both divisions B and C.
After the opening ceremony, teams will disperse and trade items from their states to other teams. Things that might be traded include:
Hats (Ex. Wisconsin Cheese Hat, Nevada Las Vegas Dice Hat)
License Plates
T-Shirts
Goodies from famous colleges in the state
and other random items.
It is a really fun time haha, and it definitely takes away some of the stress everyone has about the big day.
So talk about previous experiences at the swap meet, items you plan to trade, ect.!
i hope they do it outside cauz if it is as badly planned as last year it will get cancelled as a fire hazard...
