Does everyone have a cooperative accusation, or is it if two people cooperatively accuse then they both wasted their coop accusation?

I would accuse robodude right this second but that rule doesn't let me
reasons being:
1. He really wanted in those rule changes nearly gaurenteed that.
2. Hes defendeding the assassinator more than anyone else
3. He posts really closely after/before the assassinator

Lastly Aia would be obvious to protect but mabye someone should
