A Google search of "10031400050149" turns up "Tyson Food Services" pepperoni, for which the number is the exact UPC code of. A possible target may be pepperonipi.

Pepperonipi is in Florida, so that makes sense... though I may be stretching the clues a little.
Notice the sassy said "get him behind bars"... an early hint?

pepperonipi does go to my school so that could be a reasoning. also, no one of note joined on may 1st (0501) of any year.
