1. The fact that the scarcest nutrient in an ecosystem controls the population growth 2. Phosphorus 3. The ratio of carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus in phytoplankton (106:16:1) 4. Dobsonfly (specifically the larvae, also known as a hellgrammite). The larvae are predators and eat invertebrates, the adult does not feed.
