none of the ways to put in a flag smiley are working for me all that appears in the img link
I have everything turned on so I don't know why its not working

i see a spot for states has been added, but does it have to be mandatory and marked with a * ?

You can leave it as the default "-" if you want to, but you have to choose something

I'm glad we did this, now we'll be able to see exactly what state some people are from. I might be ble to put more space in my sig too!
