Please may you explain the clues. This is so that everyone can understand the reasoning behind them. I also want to know if I was on the right track with the last clue.

Since the sassy can now make up random, unfair rules midgame, I presume everyone else can too. So... I declare myself an officer (quizbowl was an officer and he is now dead, presenting a problem) and I hereby accuse epicfailolympian. Yeah I know that was a load of bs but still, I have a HUGE suspicion that it is EFO, because both efo and quiz have never before been sassy, both have expressed a desire to be assassinator and EFO is a girl (so winner, you might actually want to accuse efo and end this game before it gets out of hand)...

Yeah I was the other guy and I wrote all but 2 of the clues and I'll explain them:
The first one: I wrote this one. We decided it would skew suspicion if I was the first targeted. I explained it when I solved it.
The second one: I'm disappointed with you, brobo. This was very simple. The fact that gh and Up both had 2 letters should have told you to shift the numbers UP by 2. You get 528491, which is the combo in inception.
Third one: Quiz, if you hadnt solved this, we'd still be playing.
Fourth one: This WAS a reference to Criminal Minds. In episode 15, season 1 they frequently mention the Boise Child Killer. Boise is where Idaho goes to college.
Fifth one: using phonics on cousin, you may come up with Kzin- a fictional race of anthropomorphic tigers. They're language is a mixture of periods and commas.
